The league should tell him that he can't be a hands-on owner, and he needs to keep his fingers out of the business. He can't be in touch with the team and he needs to hand the job over to someone else for the year.

Also, New England will be forbidden from running rub routes.

Simple... he cannot have any contact with the franchise for the duration of his suspension.

That means not going to games, attending practices, accessing his office at the team’s facility, having contact with players/coaches/staff, etc.

Being cut off from the team will be a rightfully painful punishment for Kraft and it will leave his incompetent, brain dead, loser son in charge.

Also there is recent precedent for an owner getting suspended, see Jim Irsay.

Irsay was also banned from posting on social media during his suspension so the NFL can similarly go far reaching with their suspension of Kraft.
