Actually, he just sent me a link in an email and let me know he could really use R2 and R3 fitness bands. They are cheap, and not as heavy (less on shipping). I may go that route and throw in a far of dad's homemade hot salsa.

Well, I think Sam Adams Octoberfest is pretty great. To each his own, I guess.
Speaking of local beers...I have found Free State beer in liquor stores lately. I have bought 6ers of the Copperhead Pale Ale and the Oatmeal Stout. Both were great. Made in Lawrence.

Newcastle is alright. You can go to any liquor store or probably even a grocery store in your area and find 6-10 better brown ales.
