Ya, I usually do Kilbassa, Steak tips, SoCo Manhattans, and other normal sh*t. How would you even cook Chowdah in a parking lot?

Allright, I was wondering. I just talked to someone not too long ago who was from South Carolina and said she didn't even usually have a grill at the tailgates down there, they ate fried chicken most of the time that they had made the night before. A tailgate with no BBQ?

I rarely see seafood in the lots of Gillette Stadium. For me, it's a quality Delmonico steak, a couple of sirloin burgers and a pot of chili. Oh yeah, and a case of Sam Adams Octoberfest.

I actually saw two people tailgate in Foxboro with a table, tablecloth, candles, full dinner plates and serving pieces eating a lobster dinner. As I was drinking my beer and eating my hamburger I was feeling rather underpriviledged. Most people in Foxboro grill. BBQ is not a New England favorite, but I see it quite a bit at the games.

Actually 'medium-rare' is more like it - that way more of the critters crawling around on the meat are killed off..
