Sun, 15 May 2005 09:33:31 -0700The Associated Press reports the NFL and Burger King have signed a multiyear deal to be the fast-food restaurant sponsor of the NFL. They plan to announce the sponsorship Monday, May 16. The world's second-largest fast-food chain will have national restaurant promotions, NFL-themed advertising and youth-targeted premiums, including a handheld football video game. The deal is Burger King's first with the NFL. Burger King will also have promotional rights for the collective use of all 32 teams.

This is great news! You see that new commercial? He stares down Darth Vader, and owns him. That's toughness right there. If they let the commercial run about 15 seconds longer Darth would've gotten the beatdown of his life.
