BTW, now that Laz has called attention to it, can anyone facilitate me joining this user group. I need to dry out from the DC. Its kind of like quitting smoking. I have cut down from 3 packs a day, to just a few smokes. Going all the way to zero would be appreciated.

oops. just re-read your post. you said "isn't" I saw "is" that normal. Yes, unfortunately it is normal for the media.
