Bob Dole noticed that last night, too.

Bob Dole didn't get a media guide this year. Is that what the thing says?

Bell is being used completely wrong. His strength is blitzing - whether it be in the run or the passing game. I rarely ever see Bell blitz, and he gets taken out on passing downs.

Until Gun gives him a chance to make some plays, he'll continue to be non-existent.

On the play that Carr rolled outside the pocket, Bell was trailing Carr, coming all the way from the other side of the field. All Mitchell had to do was come up from his 10 yard drop in the middle of the field.

He was suppose to be this monster LB. The only mark against him is that he was always hurt. He's not hurt. He's not playing well. Is it because King Carl picked him up in FA and now its just bad karma? Is it the scheme? Is he secretly hurt?Something ain't right.

Scheme. He has played his entire career in a 3-4 D, where he had two primary responsibilities. Kill the running back, and kill the QB. Bell has been decent filling holes in the running game, but he is rarely afforded the opportunity to rush the QB.

When we rush 2 LBs, he's almost always one of them. He gets stoned at the line every time.

He sucks. He may have been good or fast in the past, but he isn't now. He's on pace for 33 tackles this season. That's inexcusable for a LB.

I had high hopes for Bell, but he clearly is not going to be worth his 2006 cap hit.
