Saunders is our next HC. I can handle that, and I can handle Norv Turner as our OC.

Gregg Williams would be a nice "Local Guy Makes Good" story, but he was driven out of Buffalo after several losing seasons. We have a great DC who needs to be left alone. Why do we need a DC for a HC? CP will stick with the plan, man.

How has Fisher's drafting been? Because our's sucks, and that's one of the biggest things we need to improve.

You build your team through the draft and compliment it through FA. Unless we can do that, we won't be very successful.

Doesn't matter how our coach drafts does it? Thats King Carls final decision and he won't give that up for anyone.

I'll mention one more thing here -- many people have been clamoring for Holmgren's head for a while, and this year is the year it's all come together. DV may leave of his own choice, of course, but don't blow up something that's close just because it hasn't had enough time for it all to fit together perfectly.

Why do we need a DC for HC? Well take a look around the league and you tell me who are the most successful head coaches.

New England - Belichick
Cincinnati - Lewis
Pittsburgh - Cowher
Jacksonville - Del Rio
Indianapolis- Dungy
SD- Shottenheimer
Bears- Lovie Smith
Panthers - Fox
Falcons - Mora

5 of the 6 playoff teams in the AFC are going to be led by defensive-minded HCs.

I live in Nashville and Fisher does not appear to be on the hot seat this year. If they have a bad year next season he may be after that. But Bud Adams is the owner and hes was trigger happy when they were in Houston. Bud has been pretty hands off here but you never know when he will go back to his old ways.

Fisher is still under contract for one year as well as another one year extension after that. The only way he is leaving Tennessee is if someone buys him out like the Bucs did with Gruden and the owner agrees to it.
