Rennovation Q&A

This isn't the most well-written thing ever but there are 2 very interesting tidbits. This clears up many of the questions I've seen floating around this off-season.

Sweet, thanks for the info phobia...I was kind of bummed out by the idea of Arrowhead being a turf field. Kind of draws the franchise away from the "tradition" orientation I whole-heartedly respect them for.

Good work.

Oh yeah... way to put Goatse in his place!

naw that is just a rumor to scare away all the nOObs-lol

Hey did Jim ever call you?? It was a pretty bad deal how my company treated him:

3 kids
Wife has breast cancer
just refinanced his home

and gets a phone call-no warning or nothing

I just wanted to help the guy out-I felt bad for him. You would think the douche bag that fired him would have had the balls to come out and face him instead of hiding in his office.

I agree. I am going to have to start visiting that site. I saw several CP regulars over there. One of which was Simplex. I noticed he hasn't posted over here for a while. Did somebody run him off?

Nah - I needed the help. He provided it. If I didn't need help, my big heart couldn't pay his bills. Thanks for sending him. Worked out this time.

About a month ago i listened to one of the red zone podcasts that they have on kcchiefs.com where Soren Petro talked with Rufus err Bob Moore about the Lamar Statue and all that. Forgot all about that and the turf stuff before reading that.

I'm suprised that after the sprinturf thing came out it wasn't addressed sooner. I remember in one of J. Flanagan's top of the morning articles, he talked with George Toma the turf guru about the poor condition of the field. His advice was to get him there and fix that mess.

Hopefully something comes to "fluition"(hermslang).

Anyway, good q/a session.

Maybe you could keep that up and ask some questions that don't get answered that people would like to see answered.

Nice post, Boog. I don't follow the Petro podcast, regrettably.

I welcome and even solicit questions for my columns. This column was no exception - you can see the progression of the thread and the appearance of several user submitted questions within the column.
