Yes, but only depending on how much money he wants. I'm sure it would be too much, so most likely NO. lol.

a 4th isn't a throw away pick...
why go to the trouble of rebuilding and getting all these picks only to give them away for aging vets? that's what got us in trouble in the first place...****...pay attention people

As skip said, rebuilding doesn't mean that everyone has to be a rookie.

Yes, one of the top three players in NFL history was able to start as a rookie, so therefore the same must be true of our upcoming mid-round picks.

I'd rather not have that happen, either.

Having a great player to learn from is a huge advantage for a rook. And a 4th?
Pfffffft...We can sure as hell afford to lose it. It could also allow us to take the DT we need and avoid the panic move of replacing Allen day 1. Taylor, Hali, Dorsey/Ellis? WOW...

Would I trade a 4th rounder for 33 yr old Jason Taylor?
Will he make us a playoff team? No. Could his production dramatically slip? Yes. Would he provide anything on the field much past year from now? No. No thanks. We'll let somebody else make that mistake. |

you named 1 amazing QB and somehow you expect that example to extrapolates to a minimum of 13 rookies the Chiefs are going to have on their roster this season? Come on, just because you can find 1 player who was drafted #1 overall and could overcome such odds/adversity doesn't mean that an entire team of rookies (exaggeration) can do the same thing.
