That was a team option. Even if he had stayed in Boston. I doubt they would have picked it up. IT was just best for both of them to part ways. Like he said. I dont need the money. they already paid me 160 million. lol

He is considered to be one of the hardest working men in baseball. That is no BS. That is how he became the hitter he is. I heard Nomar Garciapara talking about his work ethic. Said it was second to none...

Now some of his antics are not good, but give the man his due when it comes to working and preparing.

He will be looking for a 4 year deal which Boras might be able to pull off. It will be tough considering he will be Bonds age at the end of that deal.
