It's OK. Herm won't prepare them mentally for the game either. It'll be keystone cops by the second quarter at the latest.

I would think that knowing they aren't going to win would be more of a distraction than TG saying what all of them were thinking. I doubt any of them were shocked or distracted by any of it.

Did you listen to Brodie Crolye on 810 this morning? He was shocked and distracted.

Big surprise. A tight end is an inexperienced quarterback's best target.

A Tony Gonzalez is a an inexperienced quarterback's dream come true.

Of course he was shocked and distracted.

Tank Tyler was on 810 tonight and said he was going to find it difficult to be in the locker room with a guy that doesn't want to be there. He said he'd never experienced a situation like that and whether this is true or not, he said he spoke for several of the younger guys.

I don't have a link, I watched it on Metro Sports tonight.

That is good news... A divided locker room might help rid ourselves of Herm...

Good for Tyler. I have no problem with the young guys who are trying to build the next era of Chiefs football taking issue with a prima donna's attempt to bail on his teammates.

I think that Herm is just pissed because the whole reason TG wants out is probably due to Herm.

IMHO TG bought into Herms whole rebuilding thing. As the season wears on he is seeing that the coaching staff doesn't have clue how to coach. I think we all see that. We had one of the better drafts that we have had in years and all the talent is being ruined by a bunch of fuggin idiots. Again this is just my opinion.

Yet people want to make Gonzalez out to be a hero for speaking out, and throw Waters under the bus because he's not airing the club's dirty laundry in public?

I'm starting to think this fanbase deserves every piece of shit it's been fed for the past 20 years...

Tank Tyler calling out Tony Gonzalez is like the Clique Girlz calling out the Beatles. You go, Tank.

But watch out. TG could kick our entire 2007 draft class's asses singlehandedly.

This could be good, though. A complete and total meltdown in the locker room could help the cause and speed the early retirement of Carl & Doofus.

Right but what you call unprofessional is actually straight out of the head coach manual for how to deal with a media distraction. Shut your mouth.
