You still have to execute with that extra man and Herm's teams don't execute under his tutelage. You could add 2 men to the Chiefs and they still wouldn't win many.

I assumed that they'd go 7-3, but then I realized that my extra player on offense did nothing but upgrade the Chiefs' right tackle position to "decent".

So, the more players herm has to try to get to execute, the tougher it gets. Maybe Herm should try to get the NFL to play an 8-man league then.
