Chiefs Grade Pre-season Game #3 - Page 2

I give this one a D....worst game of the pre-season so far. Pass coverage has got to tighten up....pass rush...well, we are still wondering what that looks like....

1 of 10 on 3rd downs I do believe....not going to cut it

A couple of things we know. the line sucks, Thigpen sucks and Pollard sucks.

Yes. But the the order of suckage is as follows:
1. Line
2. Pollard (Gets the nod cause he's a low draft pick who never improved)
3. Thigpen

I would have to agree with those giving an INC. So many injuries piled up so quickly. Before the wheels fell off, it didn't look so bad. Despite last year's abortion, the Seahawks are a pretty decent team, having won the NFC West the previous three seasons, and adding T.J. Whosyourmama next to Deion Branch, with Hasselbeck at QB, makes them pretty formidable. I actually pick them to win that division. And the Chiefs D, early on, played them fairly tough until the injuries mounted and the backups started coming in.

so when this same shit happens in a season game are you people just going to brush it off with a free INC pass also? I don't care if it's preseason, it let's us know that when the season comes and someone gets hurt, we have no depth and most of these guys play like shit.

I don't disagree with you. But there wasn't much of anything that you can take away from this game. Too many starters out. Plus, you can't even evaluate offensive skill positions at all with Thigpen at QB.

Those guys almost seem like sure things. I'd like Ndamukong Suh as a Husker fan. More and more people are saying he could be a 3-4 nose tackle. He does draw lots of double coverage.

I'm sure we're going to watch Terrence Cody and Sergio Kindle. There's a lot of controversy about where they should be drafted.

1.The OL is as bad as we thought.
2. The defense might be a little better than was expected.
3. Jamal Charles will get more reps than LJ expected.
4. Jackson and Hali will be making plays if they stay healthy.
5. Our returners are scary bad, again.
6. Looks like kicking will be our strongest area of play.
