Why? Just Why, why, why...

Do people complain about the Jared Allen trade? Who cares.

Why do people say it's Peterson's fault? I can't understand the blame towards Peterson. He had no choice but to trade him.

Jared Allen didn't want to be here. Period. Can anyone blame him? Nope. This is sh*t franchise. He wanted to leave and Peterson had no other chocie but to trade him. It's as simple as that. And unfortunately he is a hard guy to replace. But Peterson got the best value he could get in return. It's the Chiefs fault for drafting sh*t. If you want something to complain about, look no further then the draft.

I believe the Allen trade got Carl's ass out of here a little quicker. Clark said you ****ed up and I can'f fix it, you're out of here Carl. Course I also believe Tony G is gone because Clark granted him the trade he wanted.

I'm happy for Allen, just like I'm happy for TG that they got to go play for a legit team with a real shot at a Super Bowl. We're several years away from building anything here. No reason to cry over these guys going somewhere else. That's just the way it is.

1) Jared had an issue with Carl because Carl promised him a deal and then backed off. Standard procedure for Carl. Jared had no issues with Kansas City.

2) Even if he wanted to leave because this team was crap, then again, that falls on the architect of this team, Carl.

3) Like Lundberg said, franchise his a$$...

Seriously, wtf is this crap. Several years away? WTF? The Donkos are 4-0 with like 70% roster turnover. WTF why do we have to wait several years?

Hey we haven't won jack since 1969. Saying we're several years away is pretty damn optimistic for a Chiefs fan. Let's see where Denver is after the year is over. A few years ago Miami got out to an undefeated start, then couldn't win a single game in November or December.

God, this whole board has its panties in a major wad today.

Lighten up, Francis!!

even if we are 3 years away from competing, which is a stretch in today's NFL, JA would be at the elderly age of 29. wow, glad we got rid of that geezer.

Seymour garners a 1st round pick. Peppers gets franchise up the wazoo at that old geezer age.

Can we play the Browns or the Bengals or the Raiders, or have the Cowboys gift wrap a game for us every week, all the way to the Super Bowl?

We cannot let the memory of the Jared Allen trade die. We owe it to future generations of Chiefs fans to ensure that a horror like this never happens again. We need to show them the Number 69 tattooed on our forearms. We need to describe to them the feeling of having our most prized possession taken from us in the night. We need to describe to them the packed cattle cars of Chiefs fans on their way to Minnesota, the babies with Allen jerseys separated from their parents, families torn apart in a senseless orgy of franchise destruction. We need to describe to them the screams of the children, the terror on the faces of quarterbacks.

We cannot let this happen again. We are alive so this will never happen again.
