I cannot believe how stupid some people are. They buy some really cool stuff and pay little vs worth. I would think these people have the internet and have heard of e-bay or Craigs list~

alot of it is staged. I was approached by producers of the show to be their musical instrument "expert"... but the experts are basically used to arrange the staging of something to "sell" in which they are then called in for. Turned me off completely from it. I understand its TV, but its also supposed to be "reality" as well.

and that pawn shop show irritates the crap out of me. The owner of the shop looks like a serious, old school business man that doesn't put up with shit. But those 2 morbidly obese fucks for his son and his friend are just gonna take it over and never have to worry about much. Those 2 idiots deserve a foot up their ass.

The Old Man and Chum are what makes the show.

Rick is necessary, but if it were just him, the show wouldn't be half as good as it is.

Corey can die in a fire. Make it a forest fire. It's gotta be big enough.

And yet his son (Cory) actually runs the shop on a day to day basis. That's shocking to me.

I am pretty new to the show and what I have seen he plays a small role. He strikes me as a big fat soft punk who acts the badass. But like some posters have said the show is staged and maybe he knows how to run a pawn shop~

corey is a cocky sumbitch. he HAS to be smarter than he plays on the show, especially if they're making money hand over fist like it looks like.

rick has that annoying little giggle he unleashes on occasion, but he's vital to the show.

old man is charmingly ancient, his annoyed looks make it worthwhile

chum HAS to be smarter than he lets on... he's funny, makes the show, but more for stupidity than anything sometimes.

My nephew went into the shop the other day, saw Chum hanging out there, then the producers asked him to be an extra and basically hang out in the background for some shots. It'll be cool if they use him.
