Just a Reminder

I'm sure everyone remembers last years Broncos team that started 6-0, and then imploded.

While I agree that it is nice to be 3-0, that doesn't mean the team (or some players) don't need to be subject to analysis. Cassel's play has been awful, and totally deserves its critisism. Cassel has not led his team to 3-0.... he's followed his team to 3-0.

So before you call into a radio station, or make a post on a messageboard about the Chiefs fans being pathetic because they are complaining while sitting at 3-0... think about last years Broncos, and remind yourself that things can change quickly in the NFL.

The chiefs mission is to "continue to get better" and as fans that have been supporting the team for lengthy amounts of time, we should continue to expect them to get better.

Enjoying the wins is one thing; but saying that the chiefs don't have any improvments to make because of thier record is blasphemy.

I haven't seen one person say what you are claiming has been said, though.

I've thought about that too. It could happen. Hopefully it won't. I think we'll be brought back down to earth in the next 2 games.

All these bash topics make for a boring read!
Some of you have been beyond cautious due so many years of bad coaching that you doubted everything the Chiefs were capable of in the last three weeks. You go into I told you so mode for the following week by tearing apart the team any way you can. You want to see Charles run all day at 25 yards a pop, see Cassel throw it more than 5 yards deep and score within one drive every time with a long bomb to receivers we don't have. Well....snap out of it!
Even at 3-0 some of you still find something to comfort yourself if they lose by saying stupid crap. We're the 2010 Chiefs not the 2009 Broncos. I don't need to be reminded of a team we're not. fuckin stupid!

Do I need to remind you guys the difference between the 6-0 team coached by a MORON and the Chiefs who have probably one of the top 5 coaching staffs in the NFL. If we were to go 6-0 which we won't I would then expect nothing less than a 13-3 season. McDaniels is a ****ing moron so enjoy our ride to the AFCW title.

Chiefs opponents are 1-8 this year.

That's kinda bad.

I thought you couldn't tell much from the record this early. That is what everyone was saying about our matchup with San Francisco before we curb stomped them.

I've already thought about this. It could happen. If it does, it'll suck. But 8-8 is better than I had them finishing this season.

Valid point, but KC has great coaching and legitimate young talent. Denver had McDaniels, Marshall, Doom and a crusty Bailey. Even if they burn out, they'll be around for a number of years yet. Denver is just crusty old on that crappy defense, has an idiot running the show and an epic bust QB waiting in the wings (Orton is surprisingly decent - not championship caliber but they'll make a big mistake kicking him out for Tebow).

Without the Chiefs, they are a combined 1-5.

The lone win coming against Jacksonville.

But you can only play who you're scheduled to play. They'll get a chance to play some good teams coming up.
