taking Bulaga at #5 would have been epically stupid
taking Bulaga over Berry would have been epically stupid
Bulaga has a ring because Rodgers is the best QB in the league, and for no other reason...

Just saying that Aaron Rodgers was making great reads and getting the ball out too quick for a pass rush to get to him?

Did you watch the game even?

Dumbass.

I just think that when you are THAT bad (like Buffalo) you're wasting a pick if you try to take your 'franchise QB' there. He's going to get killed/ruined before you're ever good enough to win with him. See Matt Stafford, and previously Joey Harrington, etc.

The Bills allowed 27 sacks last season, 46 the previous season.

The Bills have a talented young, ascending O-Line that was better in '10 than they were '09, and they should continue to grow.

They should be primed and ready to protect a young franchise QB.

Sadly, Stafford simply appears to be brittle.

you take a franchise QB anytime you have a chance....you can draft OL anytime, anywhere...

that's the whole point of sucking, to get a shot at a QB....

The Bills had a hard on for Tebow last year so I wouldn't be surprised if they took the poor mans version of Tebow and took Cam Newton.

The Bills had such a hard on for TeBow that their disappointment when he was drafted before they had a chance to select him was felt by everyone.

Oh....wait....

No way.

If the Chiefs drafted him, i'd assume it would be to play center. All the talking heads are clamoring about how he's a clone of his brother.

I'd take that in the first and walk away smiling.

This team needs a center just as bad as it needs the other 3 you listed, and if the C is the BPA, then you take him and run.

He's got all the physical skills of his brother, but he didn't play the center position very well this past season at Florida. His snaps were high, struggled with exchanges, etc. Once he got up and out, he was destroying people and you could see the talent was there. If a team thinks that they are getting a Pro Bowl center like his brother then they are planning on doing a lot of coaching to get him to that point as a center or they are just looking at what his brother did and expecting Mike to do the same thing because they are twins. (Herm and Carl would draft on the later philosophy I'm sure.)

As of right now, he should be looked at as a pure guard.

Same thing with Wisniewski of Penn State. Lots of talent, but he struggled a bit when they moved him over to center his junior season. They moved him back to guard for his senior season.

Between Pouncey, Wisniewski and Rod Hudson, there is some really nice guard prospects at the top of the draft for their respective position.

Yep. Pouncey can be an All-Pro guard. He'd be an adequate center, but I wouldn't draft him in the 1st to play C.
