Dwayne Bowe, WR
Re-negotiate Bowe's contract to be a 5 year, 31 million dollar contract with 10 million signing bonus. Average is $6.2 million per, or about 18th in the NFL.
This makes his remaining cap structure to be a 5 year, 40 million dollar contract with 19 million dollars (9 over 1st 3 years) with an average of $8 million per.
