Last time I saw a person of color in Scottsdale they handcuffed him for trespassing.

Phoenix is nearly all white but has plenty of Hispanics, Asians, Blacks, Middle Eastern and Africans to add to the melting pot: Scottsdale however is as white as Casper the friendly ghost. It's a weird thing to deal with coming from the melting pot and diverse food scene where I lived over the last 20-25 years.
