What should Dustin Colquitt's official position designation be?

He started his career as a punter, but in the past couple of years he's been used primarily as a holder on extra points and the occasional field goal.

So is he a punter or a holder?

His punting skills are going down faster than a Phillipino hooker at a sailor's convention with $1000 waved in her faced.

A little overpaid. But Justin tucker is the best kicker in the NFL and he seems to think having a consistent holder is a huge part of that. Koch has been his holder forever. And thinks nfl teams way too often change holders and it makes it hard for kickers. I hope he can fix whatever is off on his punts, but he's really valuable in our kicking game too.

Place kickers are funny creatures; creatures of OCD habits.

They can get really anal about the oddest things and it can affect how well they kick. As someone stated earlier, the one thing you don't mess with is the place kicker. If he likes a certain holder, and he's kicking well, you leave that alone. If he wants to do a jig before the snap, you let him do that if he's splitting the uprights.

And Colquitt is what, 1.5% of the cap? That's a non-issue. Pay him 2% if Butker kicks the way he's been kicking.
