The good:

She's young, energetic, tied to a highly successful AD (Whit Babcock) who spoke incredibly highly of her, and is tied to a healthy "tree" of AD workers (between Babcock and his old boss Mike Alden); she also was successful fundraising at UNLV, hired an energetic, highly sought assistant as head coach, and fixed an AD that had some budget issues.

The unknown:
Can she keep Drinkwitz happy? That's the biggest question here. They need to keep that guy happy and keep "peer" level programs from poaching him if he's as successful as it looks like he will be.
