A breakdown of the Bengals

If someone could find Brett Kollmans old breakdown of why the Bengals line gave us so much issues that would be an amazing read for every. IIRC they basically are able to split the tackles out wide which gave us issues with the ends due to not being elite pass rushers. I really wish I could find the ****ing thing. This is also a nice little breakdown:

If you have elite pass rushers on your roster it helps, but hopefully Spags can manufacture something that might surprise them.
Just now getting comfortable? Their RG and RT have both been lost for the season over the past few weeks. They shouldn’t feel comfortable at all if our DL does their job.

Hey Billay you gonna go over to the Bengals board and make your presence felt there?

Last year they accused me of being a "Titty meat" type troll after just a few posts.

Recent history when playing the Bengals shows that is not the case.

The Bengals dominated the Bills last week.

Brett Kollman?

Isn't this the same guy that was being all dramatic saying he's scared to death of the Jags WR's being open all over the field, just a few days ago?

THAT Brett Kollman?

Well, tbf, they did a couple times, like when Trevor missed Kirk 50 yards down the field. Or Kirk dropped it; whichever way you want to look at it.

There was at least one other rep where a JAX receiver got open down the middle but we got pressure early and Trevor missed the opportunity.

Good clip. Pretty smart by Zac or whoever came up with this idea.

But there’s always a weakness to any modification, just a matter of figuring it out. Cullen will have some wrinkles in store for them this time.

I think it would have been a good catch, but that was a drop by Christian Kirk that would have been huge. Chiefs were the better team, but Jaguars are good and Trevor Lawrence and their offense deserves respect.

Yeah, Kirk just failed to bring that one in, and it was definitely catchable. Considering how much they paid him, he probably should've caught it.

Overall, I think the defense kept JAX in check, but Trevor nearly torched them a couple times as well. It'll be interesting to see how JAX does next season, whether they'll be better prepared or not. I'm guessing they will be, and they'll probably win the AFC-S going away.
