Yes, but it is concerning that there seemed to be a need to have to run gadget plays on short yardage against a bad Denver team. With what should be a good OL we have to pretty much trick teams in the red zone and not just lineup and run power plays. Wonder if that is not a fall out of not having a fullback on the roster.

I just think we always look so soft in short yardage and have for years. We have this universally praised interior line, but I rarely see us run successfully up the middle and we are terrible in short yardage.

Not for nothing... I've hated the play calling this season and I put that at Nagy's feet.

We never attempt straight-ahead running on short yardage. And when we did a couple years ago it was with crappy CEH and Darrell Williams.

People are going to roll their eyes at me, but I honestly want to go back to running QB sneaks with Blake Bell. Other teams can run them with less powerful QBs, so why shouldn't we run the sneak with somebody whose kneecaps won't wind up on the side of their legs?

I think we ran one this year? Or maybe this preseason? It didn't work, and everybody said, "Never do that again!" but I think it was just shitty luck, honestly. The Eagles haven't converted 100% of their sneaks with Hurts, afterall.

Like I said before...Nagy's role in this mess must be discussed. The two differences from last year's offense is EB and Juju being gone. How can the fall be so bad? EB put 30 points on that same Philly team TWICE ffs 😤

I just don't get the apparent pedigree with Nagy, his credentials are...what? He was around for a bit before Mahomes went God mode?

If it's all Andy fine, but then what is the point in him? The WR rotation and usage has been awful. We plainly haven't identified what these WRs can and can't do and put them in a position to succeed. Some have clearly and inexplicably regressed. We disappear in the 2nd half of games. Is he really not responsible for anything?

Honestly, I think he's wildly overrated by the Chiefs

Andy is the OC. EB was the enforcer with players. That's what we miss. EB would chew their asses out for **** ups.
