So frightened.
I think Bowles would like to get us to 3rd down and then run man to man with two double teams (Kelce and Hill). Now, that doesn’t guarantee Tampa success in slowing those guys down or the offense at all for that matter because it means 1-on-1s for Watkins, CEH, and Hardman.

What I think plays out it is Andy calls pass plays 70-80% of the time in the first half, and the remaining percentage is RPOs or option runs. I don’t think our running backs will tote it more than 5 times in the first half unless the Tampa D plays the RPO like Buffalo did back in October, just bailing at the linebacker level and giving them 5+ a carry.

Andy is going to force Bowles’ hand with an aggressive opening attack where it’s the stress of pass after pass. They’ll either have to play the double team man coverage with regularity, or be caught in looks on 1st and 2nd down where Kelce or Hill can hurt them.

Then, 2nd half, defense is worn down... the runs will come with more regularity as they close it out.

KC's defense might have been the most underrated, especially down the stretch. It's clear the national media doesn't understand that, so I'm not surprised boomer bob down in Tampa doesn't know it, either.
Come on Keg, you are smarter than this. Our entire O line is going to have to stop Vita Bagel and that leaves 10 guys to FEAST on Mahomes.

Vita will destroy our entire team. He is the Blob and Juggernaut all rolled into one.

Just ask the Saints.

But thanks for the wake-up call because we haven't lost a game since, and now we're going to reveal to the world that this year you are Superbowl PRETENDERS.

Yeah, we've heard it all before, pal.

Just ask The Bills. Or The Titans. Or The Ravens. Or The Browns. Or The 49'ers. Or The Texans.

Or ask your boy Tom Brady.

We've literally heard all this bullshit before.

ESPN right now pumping Vita Vea and Booger McFarland insisting Tampa needs to run the ball against KC.

OK, I think I might already be pregamed out.

Please run the ball against us. Your defense isn’t holding us to 27 again. Reid won’t be taking his foot off of your neck. Mahomes won’t let him.

Sounds good. So what's different this time? Outside of Vita Vea.

How do you plan on stopping sweep motion? Screens? Jet Sweeps? Are you doubling Tyreek? Kelce? Both? And if you're doubling both, can you really trust Watkins/Hardman in man-to-man coverage for a good chunk of snaps?

What about the offensive side of the ball? Our secondary is pretty elite, even if the media only knows about Tyrann Mathieu and MAYBE L'Jarius Sneed. Tom hasn't looked great either.

Truly, what's different about the Bucs this time around to where they can pull off a win against the Chiefs OUTSIDE OF us repeatedly shooting ourselves in the foot or some other outside miracle.

That awesome TB running game...

5th worst rushing team in the league
8th worst in yards per carry
Under 4 yards per carry in the postseason

Chiefs win by 2+ scores. Just like they have in every playoff game they’ve won when Mahomes played 4 quarters (and you’re not going to convince me we don’t win by 2+ scores against the Browns if he stays in).
