Something needs to change, the status quo isn't working. We entered this month 14-12. The May schedule is the easiest one we will see all year. We've been lucky in missing the oppositions best pitcher in several series and we still can't go on a run.

Ned's history has been to win when it doesn't matter and Lose when it does. Just like a pitcher with a very low BABIP, one year might be an outlier but with 7 in a row you might as well believe it.

The only point to firing Ned would be that it could make DM vulnerable if they suck in 2015.

I've watched too and expected way more out of them. That speaks to the man valuing these players, DM. He deserves the blame. The fire Ned thing doesn't do shit for anything.

Sometimes changing the manager sparks a club. It isn't rational, but it has worked before.

Ned's responsible for putting them in a position to win, whether it's BP management, making sure his players are in good condition, or having a good plan for pitchers, hitters, defense etc. He might not be the one to blame, but he hasn't helped in any area either.

Firing DM would also be firing Ned. Might as well get an interim manager for the remainder of the year. If the playoffs don't happen then get a new gm.

Definitely hasn't helped as he is too old school. But placing the blame solely on him or firing him now is pretty short sighted. Dayton ****ing Moore has over-valued most of these players in assembling this roster.

DM has shown ZERO signs that he's "ready to move on" from these guys. Hence, Mike Moustakas batting .150 and is still on the major league team. I mean, Ned has even put his ass on the bench and for whatever reason, DM still has faith.

The one world series we won was when we had a player with the highest HR's we've ever had, 36. S, Balboni, whoever that is. Maybe we just need one ****ing slugger, to influence the rest of our poor offense.
