I dunno.
I was speaking specifically to his burst hitting the hole, but yea you’d like to see him break that tackle. Still looked good and ready to improve upon last year.

I am not complaining just making an observation admittingly from very few vids from TC. He had a good run the other night.

I think for me it is more noticeable when he is receiving.

The important thing to take away is his first contact was like five yards downfield not three yards before the line of scrimmage.

He's never going to be a burner but he's going to have a high ypc

I just want him to improve those hands and get his protections down. All else I am good with.

CEH was in or near the top half of the league in yards after contact, rushing attempts per broken tackle, and YAC.

I've never been a fan of his skillset. I think we'd benefit more from a guy who had breakaway speed.

CEH is a pretty good grinder, though. I feel mostly confident that he can gain 2 when we need 1, which is extremely useful in its own right.

Idk. I thought Damien did pretty well at both of those, but you're not likely to find those types of guys frequently. Even when you do, like D Will, he's got other issues (durability).

I mean, if we had the draft to do over Jonathan Taylor was the clear choice.

Like if you don't agree, you are being a homer. That said, CEH is being under-rated right now.

The two silver linings I remember from the Bucs SB loss were Patrick Mahomes and CEH. Both those guys were fighting for every inch, CEH consistently made something out of nothing in that game.

I'm excited for him running behind the new line.

There’s nothing homerish about disagreeing with that. CEH is a better fit for this offense.

Taylor fumbles a lot and isn’t very good in the passing game. Not to mention the mileage and injury concerns.

Now if you can get a “do over”, the best thing to do would be to take a different position and get Gibson.
