Now, that ship has sailed, and I'm not swimming after it. Anyone who doesn't understand, just chooses not too. I choose Phil, and the majority of our user base does as well.

Thanks. This is what I figured. There's no mod divisiveness. If there is, majority wins and the others step off. But we've always worked well as a team and we're going to keep that mentality even if we disagree. There wasn't even any bad blood when daface stepped down. We all have a mutual respect and we all understand that maintaining that is critical to the viability of this site.

Yeah, agreed. No one agrees on everything. I don't feel the need to start a thread over something I don't agree with, but with certain posters whom I feel some kind of connection with, I'll tell them my personal opinions on things, but at the end of the day everyone here, mod, and member alike know that we are a team, operate as one, and majority generally rules. There is a mutual respect, and it's what makes us function and operate as well as we do.

The funny thing to me is that there are a few people who bitch, but they must forget that for the first time in the history of the site, the guys who won the poll asking who should be mods, are the ones who are the mods. That's never really been done before and it turns out it worked pretty well IMO.
