The Chiefs rebuild under Herm Edwards....will trade Trent Green to Miami for additional picks (it seems); and are willing to "dangle" LJ for a Hershel Walker/Ricky Williams type deal (but probably just 'posturing' in the end)....so we are left with (at the moment) SEVEN picks in seven rounds.

Could there be a possibility that Atlanta might pick Quinn, despite they have Michael Vick?

I just don't think Vick, who they say is the exciting player, is the answer in the QB position.
