Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started. Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Holy shit. Going crazy having to listen to a coworker talk about Crossfit. Even when I make fun of him for doing Crossfit and how he's always hurt, he still comes back and talks about CF constantly. At this moment, I can hear him in the next office, talking about Crossfit.

Today I did squats with my toes elevated (my toes were on 25 LB weights and my heels were touching the ground). It alleviated a shit ton of the pressure from my knees and felt like it was working all ass and hammies. It felt great.
I also recently widened my grip on the bench. It seems to be working my chest and shoulders more than it did with my standard grip. |

Currently for arch pain and shin splints... Have used it in the past for when my AC joint is acting up....
Works great for knees as well. |

KT rocks. It helped alleviate tendinitis for me. You have to know how to use it, though, or you might as well just use athletic tape.

I recommend strength tape over the KT tape brand. Much more durable.

Its my ****ing trap, not shoulder and it's so ****ing weird. Like high point near trap/neck connection on the backside of my trap. But it kills and really has started to affect my benching because a hard arch increases the pain.
