Lightfoot is a superior defender to SDS in every way at this point. SDS has potential to be a solid low post defender who doesn't block shots, but I feel like Self utilized SDS more because Clemson is not a scoring at the rim type of team. If guys aren't going to try to score inside, you don't need Lightfoots blocks. You would rather have SDS rebounding.

Cuse has some size but I don’t think it’s as athletic as Dukes

Duke doesn’t have the best guard play which heavily favors ku

Dead give away that you haven't seen KSU actually play. Their offense is a godawful piece of shit.

The officiating and completely going into a shell jinxed KU. They were owning Clemson in every facet until they changed their game up.

Every time I watch Duke I wonder how they even lose with all the talent they have. Then I figure out its because Grayson Allen thinks hes Kobe Bryant.

I just hate this matchup vs Duke. KU matches up just poorly unless we plan on playing Doke and SDS at the same time.

As good as Kansas played for much of the game, it was still a 2 possession game in the final minute and Clemson covers. As expected, they were the threat we thought they would be.

I was really hoping Syracuse would somehow pull that game out of their ass at the end, but now we enter the part of the draw where we become clear underdogs for the first time (and make no mistake, Duke is the better team of the two). They are a far superior offensive and defensive team and project to absolutely destroy this team on the glass (if you thought Seton Hall was bad, THIS is the best offensive rebounding team in the country). It's difficult to see an easy path to victory in this particular matchup considering how much size we give up. They'll all need to play the game of their lives including (and maybe especially) De Sousa. Too bad that such a game has to come so early, but we can't all have KSU's draw.

Oh man, I was going to parody that, but was too late.

-- "Clemson was who we thought they were" -- check.
-- "Wish the other team in the other game would have won" -- check.
-- "THIS is the worst thing that could have happened" -- check.

I probably wouldn't have thought about the "too bad we aren't in another region" angle that's been played a few times... oh well.

Clemson wasn't ever going to win that game. I mean, FFS what a ****ing troll job. Clemson isn't even that good. It was obvious in the regular season, it was obvious in the ACC tournament, it was obvious in the 1st round, and obviously Auburn was a complete shit show dumpster fire.

Seton Hall actually sort of had a shot to pull that out of their ass, but still not all that concerned.

And of course Penn wasn't ever going to win that game.

I have mixed feelings about Duke, because I happened to catch them during a couple of their losses. In the end, I'm glad Kansas got this far... I'll crack open a beer Sunday and have no expectations. Everyone thinks Duke will win, fine.

Clemson was a threat.... Jesus ****ing Christ.
