Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

I know Skip Bayless is low hanging fruit but goddamn he's dumb, his takes might be worse than mine

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aovO2Kc_nTg

Skip is reaching for reasons to dismiss Mahomes, even calling Reid "egotistical" (???)

Mahomes just breaks people's brains. I know like the hot takes industry needs to generate controversy and I'm obviously taking the bait but damn lol the braindead excuses to dismiss mahomes are breathtaking

I don't know why anyone would watch that shit.

I quit on that show years ago when it became painfully obvious that his entire schtick is to hate on Mahomes no matter what. There isn't a chance in hell he believes the shit he says.

During our SB run he was making up the most ridiculous shit to try to hate on Mahomes. Scrapping the barrel kind of shit. It was pathetic.

Yeah I’m not watching that.

I admittedly do take the bait on various hot take segments on the Chiefs, but I won’t touch this stupid ****ing show anymore. Every Mahomes argument is the exact same thing. I’m kind of shocked that FOX hasn’t retracted a paycheck or two from Skip and said, “we’re not paying you to repeat yourself, old man.”

It’s always him saying he had a bad Super Bowl victory and that his 4th quarter was overrated because he thinks Wasp was a lucky throw. Except he takes like 20 minutes every time to pedantically say the spiel.

Rough game for him against the Chargers tonight. Lot of bad decisions & throws into coverage. OL wasn't doing him any favors, but I would like him to be more careful with the ball in those situations.

The refs were allowing the Charger secondary to get away with murder.

The Chargers went out and bought an all star defense… who were all playing tonight… specifically to stop Mahomes and still could not.

Tonight was a night like when Jordan only had like 20 but Scottie and Rodman stepped up. Still pretty damn good but not Superman like we expect.

Pat knows he had a bad game as he admitted in the post game interview.

It wasn't Bengals bad, but he got lucky as hell tonight he doesn't have 2 INTs. That surely would have lost this game. He also didn't play smart.

That said, Gay dropped an INT that should be on Herbert's stat sheet too.
