The Miami-Dade (Fla.) court website confirms Elvis Dumervil was arrested for aggravated assault with a firearm.

So in reading these posts, it sounds like some evil people cut off Dumervil's car, threw stuff at him, planted a gun in his car and his friend's car, and then enlisted a blind Victoria's secret into the conspiracy. And then Perrish Cox impregnated the blind Victoria's Secret woman without her knowledge or consent, but it wasn't rape. Do I have the story right?

Don't forget that soon after, Dumervil was drunk and crashed his 2010 escalade into a telephone pole in the Hamptons.

I didn't see the story, but according to a poster on OM, the Victoria Secret lady admitted to just repeating what the other parties in the traffic incident told her, and not actually seeing Elvis with a gun.
