You can just watch a couple of games and figure that out. So you know these Div 1 coaches all over that template. Thats a proven template. No way every team in the tournament doesn't try to use that template.

Replace 'stop perimeter play' with 'stop inside play' and along with the two other things you have the list on how to beat Kansas for the past decade.... not to mention every team besides Kentucky has a list of 3 things and probably fewer that you could realistically stop to beat them.

It isn't logical.

Peak 2013-2014 KU would have been better than this team, but they didn't come anywhere close to reaching their ceiling as a team.

I refuse to panic about what they will or won't do until I see the bracket. They certainly play down to their competition, but that's been a reoccurring theme for a while now, so that's not what worries me. Living and dying by the three is what will catch up to this team.

Frank needs to be fresh above all else. He's our motor and if Perry can continue to use his size and skill-set at an above-average clip then we can have a fun March.

A major problem is going to be the black hole this team is forced to play at the 5 without Cliff. Good defensive teams will simply sag off Traylor/Lucas, making it much harder for the other 4 guys to do anything on offense.

We likely needed Cliff to develop a lot more to be a real NC threat. And now that he's not even able to play, it makes it even tougher.

Also, Ellis has gotten better on the defensive end. Actually, I would say a lot better.

No, it wasn't. Had to get his guaranteed money when it was there. The 76ers never had any intention of playing him this season, but he'll play a ton in the future.

That'll beat 90% of teams. Simply winning the rebounding battle probably puts you at 75% odds of winning a game.

KU doesn't have the necessary bigs from underneath to stop teams from going to the bucket like Aldrich Withey and Embiid were able to do. Embiid turning pro killed this team and it was a stupid decision on his part. He's out of shape and probably wont play much unless he gets his act together. Myles Turner could have helped this team but he decided to go to a loser like Texas...seriously how does Barnes still have a job?

Texas could fire Barnes and hire Marshall or Howland and would be immediately a top 20 team.

And yes I meant it when I said a year and a half ago in a game thread that I had never seen a seven footer run the court and catch an alley-oop slam like Embiid did that night. It was one of the first games of the season and that was enough for me.
