Yep. Lamar Jackson isn't going to beat 3 top AFC QBs in a row in the playoffs.

Some of the funniest stuff about all this is the Justin Tucker pregame shit making the rounds and how many people are so bent out of shape about it.

Yes they are..

As these competitors big QB contracts start kicking in they are going to have to try to beat Mahomes with worse teams.

The only guy who has a reasonable chance before his stupid contract kicks in is Burrow, he has 1 more year.

After that you are talking about Allen, Burrow, Lamar, Herbert, the hilarity of Deshaun Watson all having huge deals.

I guess Trevor Lawrence has what 2 years? But that team isn't close and then it's down to guys like Stroud and Richardson. And if Miami pays Tua that team will be terrible.

So in a weird way the Chiefs run may get a bit easier in 2 years.

Other than the usual suspects, the teams that are positioned to give KC the most trouble in the near future are:

AFC
Texans (tons of cap space, have the QB, have a WR, have a franchise LT, have building blocks on D at DE and CB)

Colts (if Steichen can get dynamic play out of Richardson and they keep Pittman, lots of cap space, good offensive talent)

NFC
Packers (lots of young talent, seem to have the QB, good coach and GM, can create cap space for a big add on D)

Lions (have a lot of cap space; will they survive losing Ben Johnson?)

Bears (if they take Williams, he's as good as possible, and they spend the cap space and picks they get for Fields well, they could make a huge jump).

I think one of those NFC North teams is the rep in the SB for LIX. I'd pick the Packers right now.

I don't think the Ravens are necessarily going away, they've got such good structure there they should be ok. But the division is just a monster and the Lamar thing etc is gonna get tougher as he gets paid more.

In my opinion, it's still the Bills. I think Allen is the one who can do like Pat did and make more with less.

Now he may eventually throw it to the other team, but that skill is alteast in there.

Probably, although as long as it's Goff I see the Lions as the Marty Chiefs, going to the playoffs a lot and not making a SB.

I'd have to see Love do it for an extended period. He got hot for sure and looked good, but Imma need see that for a bit longer before I crown him.

The Lions are really intriguing.

The NFC is just weird right now.

If Caleb Williams is the guy it's wide open for the Bears to step right in.

Ravens are a bush league expansion team and their fans have speed limit IQ's. They will get humbled next year and the league took notice when their JAG washed players on defense were leg whipping Chris Jones and taking cheap shots at the face of the NFL.

What a crock of shit.
Wow, props to Sherman for bringing up the end zone play.

Can't believe any Ravens fans would whine about anything.

We walked into their house, ****ed their mom, ate their lunch, took a dump in their toilet, didn't flush, went outside, kicked their dog, tracked mud in the house, wiped our boots on their couch, jerked off and wiped dick on the curtain and peaced the **** out.

What a crock of shit.
I love what Kansas City has done to the Baltimore fanbase in the last decade. They were all butt-hurt in the 2014 ALCS, with Guthrie's "These O's Ain't Royal" t-shirt. And now they can't stop crying about the refs stealing a Super Bowl from them.

Their tears are delicious.
