We knew at some point the Royals would have to decide between Davis or Holland. Looks like Davis is coming out ahead on that one.

Holland's stuff still moves just fine, he can get guys to swing and miss. His breaking stuff can get guys out. He just has to locate the fastball better when it's only 93. If it gets over the plate guys will hit it, and they don't have to worry about the slider.

But yes, Holland, thus far, has looked great. Great location on his pitches tonight. Still liked him better when he threw 96-98.
