****Official Mizzou vs. Northwestern Alamo Bowl Thread****

Game starts at 7:00 CST from San Antonio.

This will be the last game for quite a few starters and is the last chance to end this disappointing season on a high note and get to 10 victories for the second consecutive season.

It's too bad he has to be the next tight end after Coffman. Impossible to follow that act.

Quite so. bitch.
You stupid little ****, Mizzou was favored by 12 1/2 and shit the bed all game. Only to get lucky in OT. Mizzou was the highest favored team in the Big XII. But they are Missouri so I don't expect much.

Yeah, it's been a fairly calm season... what's up with that?

Congrats on the win. It's always good to see a B10 team lose, even if it's to Mizzou.

Yes, you have.

It was ugly, and we had hopes for more this season... but I'm glad to see these guys go out with a win.

Daniel, Coffman, Maclin, Spoon, Ziggy, etc... provided some of the most entertaining (and successful) Mizzou football I've ever seen.

I'm a little sad... yet a bit excited about the future.

I'm all about parity, and I don't generally like it when people look at a matchup and shrug it off as a blowout.... but I'm a little shocked at this one, and I'll be a little shocked if Kansas doesn't win big.
Kansas should win big Wednesday. But it would not surprise me if the game was close like this one. Teams have a month or more to prepare for these bowl games. That means wacky things happen sometimes. Nobody saw WV throttling OU last year in the Fiesta Bowl. Shit happens.

My thoughts exactly...i almost forgot what it's like to root for a team and be into a game with the chiefs the last several weeks, i am so damn happy we won and will miss most these guys leaving, esp #9. I am glad Chase came back to win it for us and didn't crash.

As much as I hate to say it, it's obvious that Mangino is a better coach than Pinkel. He does more with less - Pinkel does less with more. I seriously doubt your guys will sleepwalk into the ****ing stadium like Mizzou did tonight.

I would give a shit that it was close if Mizzou had more games or needed to build momentum, but it is the grand finale, the jello's frozen, the cream is whipped, the fat lady has sung, elvis las left the building, and Carl has been fired
