Considering the last two guys who were on the cusp of a half year suspension didn't take that threat at all seriously, I think they will bring him back when they are 100% sure he has learned an actual lesson. If that means rashee didn't feel it enough in those games or you feel he needs to earn his starting job back, you extend it longer. Yes I feel Andy is confident enough in his team that he won't do this a moment sooner. And he is not afraid to lose a guy if he doesn't want to respect his authority.

It was already a mistake to allow him to stay involved with the team. They aren't going to make the same mostake and bring him back sooner than he is ready.

Rashee isn't going to learn his lesson if he knows he just needs to serve his time and then he's a celebrity again.
