I really really like this girl though and have for the last 6 months.

And this is not the virgin girl obviously. I ended that one.
It's a victory bro, definitely. Just keep doing what you are doing man, she knows you want a relationship and the ball is in her court so you can't really do too much unless she wants more. A red flag though is the dude that is acting like her boyfriend taking her to and from party, and telling her it's time to leave. He's more than a friend I think.

Something that will give you something to do while she is jacking around, if she is hot are her friends hot? Because if they are that's where you need to be doing work.
