Albert to become free agent

No surprise really, but they could have tagged or tried something else

No, we don't.

Pitt has proved that. Picking after 20 every year they've had a ROTY or DPOTY a number of times the last 15 years.

Most of them have been at that impossible to fill OLB spot...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

Drop Hali and sign Orakpo in his place. Or try to get Woodley once he is released by Pitt; he may come in on a cheap 1 year deal due to his drop in play once he got paid.

If you take the last 6 games Alex played with Bowe (minus the regular season Colts game which I think the Chiefs played vanilla knowing the play-off game was coming) and use that as a guide for next year and you're looking at 1,200 yards next season.

I think we can expect 1,000 yards from Bowe..but while it is very unlikely he'll hit 1400, I wouldn't call it impossible.

You, along with everyone else, thinks that Bowe needs to be performing better than he is right now based on what he got paid. But expecting him to finish top 5 in stats because he's one of the top 5 paid WRs is like smashing your head into a wall. He's not Megatron or Green. He's on an offense that doesn't require top 5 WRs, with a QB who's more than happy spreading the ball around.

I'll go 1100 yards and 10 TDs...and even then...I think that 1100 yards is pushing it.
