Bucs abused the defense...

I don't care what you have to say about Smith or the offense. The Chiefs defense got absolutely ass pumped by the Bucs. They got one stop because Winston dropped the ball. When the game was on the line they couldn't stop anything. They gave up 5-8 ypc runs all day long. WR's were running around wide open and no one even sniffed Winston's jock.

Blame who you want on offense and there is blame to be had by them and Reid. But the defense killed us today.

I don't get this. There was time left so the INT wasn't terrible? The play also gave them 55 yards that helped set up their TD.

Even if we go with this, how can you have the Kelce drop as worse than the Smith INT. It happened way earlier in the game, which to your argument, gave us plenty of time. We also got points out of that drive and didn't set up the other team on our own 45. The play also didn't suck the air out of the stadium and punch the defense emotionally in the gut.

It's funny when you think about it?

Even despite the Chiefs playing bad, they were in this game all along. We could knock on the defense, offense but what this loss really boils down to was terrible decision making.

I'm with most folks in that the offensive playcalling was bad, what pains the most was Reid opting to not kick the 54 yard field goal but rather punt and pin Tampa in their own end.

It worked but what if Santos hits that 54 yard field goal? Turns out, that's the difference in the game. Reid not going for the field goal cost us this game. Chiefs didn't lose just because they played bad, they lost because of their conservative approach.

If Alex doesn't throw that INT, then Santos kicks a FG and we win.

OR

if Reid doesn't call TO at the end of the 1st half, then Tampa doesn't have time to score at the end of the half.

There were over 12 minutes left in the game when we threw that int. Even if they drove right down and scored we had time to score again.

I mean they moved the ball at will all day, right?

According to you we would never have scored .... you need to make up your mind. Either the offense would have scored or they wouldn't have.

Congratulations. .you have successfully taken both sides of your own argument

We did score after that dipshit.

Again.
We threw an int. Inside the ten instead of getting a fg

They scored a td off a short field after the int return.

We scored a td.

We lost by 2.

The td we scored took over 4 minutes in a hurry up against a prevent style d.

At one point we bypassed a 54 yard fg Because of wind.

You think it's given we would go down the field and score in two minutes with a hurt fg kicker.

I disagree.

Did I cover everything?

We were inside the 5 and threw an int into double coverage.

No turn over and a good fg and we win this game.

Their t.o.p., and first downs, and 3rd down conversion percentage still doesn't win them the game

They did score **** head. I'm not taking that off the board.

But I'm not betting on them doing it in two minutes.

You are acting like it's a given.

Still have your timeouts and a fighting chance to score the Fg to win.

As opposed to Reid's patented 4 minute hurry up, guaranteed to lose the game for you

I put Sauto on ignore along with a few others: cupid, oak, dagna, pest, tuck, nwo, OTW . CP is much more enjoyable since I've done that.
