Yes, you are the only one.

Fleming has been a Special Teams demon. Cooper has been invisible, other than when he's being burned on the field.

Your football takes are the absolute worst. If I didn't know any better, I'd think it was a troll account but I know better.

I bet you would like that.

Your theory is ****ing stupid because why would Dorsey need to puff smoke when Dallas was really trying to do just that?

The same question has been asked by a few people in recent weeks, never with any sort of substantive answer. I don't think there is any evidence at all.

On the surface, the somewhat brief CP obsession with him Lynch really ramped up along with the trades at the top of the draft, which made Lynch the only QB with a first round grade this year who might realistically be available to us.

I think it falls under CP obsession with drafting a QB in the first no matter who it is. Nobody disagrees that it would be a good thing to do if the timing and player were right, but it's pretty obvious that Reid and Dorsey are very happy with the QB1 situation and were not going to spend our draft capital on a project when the team is close to being a title contender.

Cowboys wanted Lynch and he was gone, so the offer was probably off the table.

This is interesting too because now we know Dorsey knows he gave 28 up for a discount. He really wanted to stack up mid round picks. Like I said, he didn't panic, he just really wanted to trade down and get value in a deep draft.

It would have been contingent on Lynch being there, otherwise Dallas has no interest in the deal. So my guess is had Lynch fallen to us, we take the Dallas deal rather than the SF deal.

It also probably makes sense that we were blowing smoke about Lynch (Chiefs trying to create a market for someone to call them with an offer they couldn't refuse), or someone was (agent trying to get his client to go in the first), to spur another team to trade up and get him. If you want Dallas or Denver to take the plunge, better make it seem like someone else ahead of them wants him. Andy is always going to be tied to QB's...

Don't get me wrong. I'm not hating on Hamas. It was a valid concern. It's damn scary drafting a center that doesn't snap the ball.

That's why sometimes you just need to stfu and trust Dorsey. The man knows what he's doing.

That pick still cracks me up.

I'm glad it worked out, however they did it, but I was definitely one of the MU guys who thought... "Have these ****s ever watched him snap a ball?".

To be fair, a majority of the MU posters acted like Hamas (I was one). It's a miracle that Morse became a solid Center as fast as he did.

I know, and that was my point. I don't remember a bunch of MU homers swooping in to white knight the guy.

I was in the same boat. I knew Hamas had watched most of the MU games, and if the dude said he can't snap, I believed him!

I too am glad snaps aren't an issue. This team doesn't need to get in anything and long or worse turnovers because of errant snaps.
