Oh, I'm certainly not giving it to them or anything. We've seen this team play pretty badly as recently as a week ago and they're still tied with WVU as it is. But #12 didn't seem all that likely until a few minutes ago.

1-5 from three. I have no complaints playing Greene in the first half. But when the game was tight and we needed BALL SECURITY AND DEFENSE in the second half he was in there the whole time. Just mind boggling he would be in the game, especially when we have the ball with a 2 point lead and 1:30 min left on the clock.

Good on Lucas.

He's definitely helping this team more than I thought he would. You'd still wish a higher ceiling, more skilled player in his spot, but a solid fundamental player who knows his limitations is far better than what we get whenever Diallo/Bragg come in.

It was really all about the spacing he provided for others (and he doesn't even have to hit shots to provide that), but yeah, I agree...he shouldn't have been out there for the defensive possessions down the stretch. The guy's a woeful defender. He finally took him out at the very end when Traylor got the rebound.

He had two major blocks today. If he continues to step up he'll give Self the inside presence that this team has so badly needed for the last two years.

Lucas' issues are his HORRIBLE hands (like Kaun early on) and his awful timing when he jumps for rebounds. He does try hard and he knows exactly where to be and what to do. That's obviously enough for Bill Self.

Yeah. I think I've got quicker feet on D than Greene. But I can't really argue with 9 puts 4 boards 2 assists.

I don't think Svi does great in high pressure environments. He's timid as **** and gets jumpy. Maybe that's why he wasn't in?

LOL. I was expecting the loss until the last 1:00. Incredible ****ing win. Just remarkable.

OU played better in Lawrence than they did in Norman. That's a pretty big part of the win.
