Soooooooooo......

The Chiefs rebuild under Herm Edwards....will trade Trent Green to Miami for additional picks (it seems); and are willing to "dangle" LJ for a Hershel Walker/Ricky Williams type deal (but probably just 'posturing' in the end)....so we are left with (at the moment) SEVEN picks in seven rounds.

Again, you can't run through a brick-wall. Arizona's Line was considered THE WORST LINE in the past 2 years.

Who could reasonably trade up for Quinn now? Carolina? Jacksonville? Seems unlikely; I think Miami gets him.

Mecca, you advocate trading LJ because RBs aren't valued so highly, aren't worth the huge contracts, and admit that we're not going to get a boatload of picks for him -- all of which I agree with.

Then you turn around and say the Cards should pick Peterson that high even though their line sucks.

Brown's a very good player. He helps the line. The Cards can squeeze another year or two out of Edge, and isn't the 08 draft gonna be better for RBs anyway? They can get one next year who will play behind a better line.
