I thought it was officiated pretty well also. They missed the big one on Wiggins but their big man with the giant beard got hosed on one too.

I'll take that over Embiid getting 10 minutes because he commits a stupid one or two and then he gets 3 ticky tack ones.

Yeah, I don't think they will play KU in AFH, as well.
It's the SEC\BigXII challenge, they wouldn't have a choice. It's seeded by the placement of the teams the previous year within the conference

You realize that there is no such thing as "over the back", right? It doesn't exist. You're like the guy who gets mad at the blackjack table when the dealer doesn't pay off his "seven card Charlie".

This is amazing. I thought Kansas fans would at least have some understanding of basic basketball rules. Have you ever seen "over the back" called? What is the hand motion the officials use to indicate this foul? In which section of the rule book will I find "over the back" defined?

So, you're that guy, huh?

Everyone else knew what I meant. But, Saul Good Basketball has to come in and make sure everyone is detailed and thorough.

There is no such thing as "over the back". You guys are like the moms at a YMCA game that yell at the refs to call "reaching in" or complain that the foul was minor so the other team should only get to shoot one free throw and not two.

And if we are being detailed and thorough I never said "foul" in my original post.

All I said was an "over the back" was missed.

Now, back to the conference realignment thread you go.

You are ****ing worthless. If I have inside position and you get the rebound from behind me, even above me - good for you. Not a foul.

If you come over the top of me, using your body to push against for leverage on top of me, it's a loose ball foul. The "hand motion" you are asking for is one fist in the air and the other pointing at the player.

Well...if you can't trust the announcer, who can you trust? Never mind that the next words out of his mouth were, "You don't let players decide the game in the sense that, if he fouls, it's a foul."

Clearly, he has the secret rule book page containing the mysterious "over the back" penalty...aka "the Sasquach" rule.

You can go over the opponent's back as long as you don't touch him.

You can reach in as long as there isn't contact.

Neither are fouls.

The moment you get them with the body or touch them, it's a foul. This isn't hard.
