Now she's guilt tripping me about not asking how she was doing or wanting to see her (I didn't even know she called out of work, she texted me asking if she could come over).

I'm a single guy in my early thirties who has his shit together! Im not fat and I have no goatee either. Didn't knock up the first puss that came along. Maybe I'm the exception?

I tried a dating site just for fun because of this thread. I generally have no problems talkin with the ladies so Internet dating was just another source.

I don't know you or your situation beyond what I see on this board, but the impression I get: you're either being unreasonable or you're continuously dating unstable women with low self-esteem.

Here's the issue, though. With some girls, if you don't try to impress them early they bail. I've gotten paranoid about it because now I feel like girls are completely bored if you just do the standard "let's have a drink and chat" on a first date.
