Alex smith isn't happy in his backup role. Do you think he would be a good locker room addition when he's pissed that he's getting the bench over a rookie?

Why can't we pick up Smith and draft a QB in the first round? That is somewhat similar to Harbough's decision to draft Kepernick even though he already had Smith returning from a great season. Also not too different from Shanahan's decision to draft both RGIII and Cousins
