Honestly, I don’t care.
I trust Reid. In his entire tenure here I’ve never looked at our offensive staff and through my it needed to change. |

If Reid wants him, sure. I certainly don't know what Andy values in an OC.

I'm kind of on the fence about bringing him bck. Bottom line, no as OC, that should go to Kafka. As a special assistant, yes.

Not necessarily the OC but back on staff sure absolutely. I think he has the temperament and humility to learn from his Chicago mistakes even in a smaller role in KC or OC if EB and Kafka are gone.
Compared to Doug Pederson whose ego would not allow it IMO Polar opposite

If Nagy wants to call plays he's not coming back to sit at the OC kids table under Reid. Maybe some elevated offensive consulting title like Childress had as a possible platform to help him return somewhere as a HC candidate but can't see him as OC here.
I think Nagy is a good guy, a players guy, and a good coordinator, but a large part of his problems here was his extreme stubborness. There were several personnel and team decisions outside of Pace that were his call. After they were both extended it was said Nagy was going to have a bigger say, along with Pace, in personnel decisions and the Bears were the same mess. That said, I trust Reid and Veach to make the whatever decision they feel are best for the org. |

As of this moment, it's painfully obvious that 38 of you haven't watched a Bears game in several years.

Funny part about the Delaware team Nagy was QB of and Veach was his WR...one of the other WR’s was Joe Bleymier the current KC WR coach
