The guys are in charge of the meat... and us females are stuck with the sides for Saturday's game. We're gonna make everything tomorrow night... any idea, recipes, favorites?

BlackBean and Corn Salad...

Whisk together the following:

2 Tbs. Sugar
2 Tbs. Canola Oil
3 Tbs. Cider Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste

2 Cups Cooked Black beans
2 Cups Fresh Corn (Blanched) or 2 Cups Thawed frozen Corn
1 Medium Chopped red Onion
1 Chopped green Pepper (Medium Hot-Pablano)
Add Cholula Hot Sauce to taste

Let Marinate for at least two hours before serving.
