What makes YOU better qualified to determine the starting quarterback?

Please educate us what you know that the Chiefs organization doesn't.

The other thread is comical.

And please, don't give us the "I'm entitied to my opinion" answer. I'm entited to think that I'm better looking than Brad Pitt, but I'm not.

If you have ever played sports, you know you put your best players on the field. Losers look to next year.

Quit your whinning. Get ready for the season. It's going to be a roller coaster.

Yeah, Chiefs fans have no idea about quarterbacks. First they wanted Gannon to start over Bono. Then to top it off, they wanted him to start over Grbac. Damn the idiocracy.

I am honored to be addressed by someone who has had the time to input 36K post in 7 years.

I've only managed 300+ in three years.

This imbalance makes you so much wiser that me.

Thank you for allowing this mere mortal to start threads....even if the idiot can't spell "Croyle".

Not by getting the David Carr effect with a horrible oline. It would just hurt him right now.

I'm more qualified than Carl to select the starting quarterback because I don't possess a 17-year record as a GM in the NFL without appearing in a Super Bowl. Once I compile a 17-year record of failure, then we can argue about how's more qualified, but for now, I am.

I am not Chris but this one is easy. Brodie makes horrible choices. Our Oline is bad, really really bad right now. He wouldn't benefit by getting the living shit beat out of him while making bad choices that will cost games.

Brodie isnt going to learn anything by getting his ass handed to him because of our Oline. Thats the whole deal and why he's not starting.

Unpopular as these thoughts might be, I have to agree. I'd hate to see Croyle become David Carr. I think after we get through the tough early schedule and, hopefully, let the O-line gel a bit, Croyle will take the job.

Actually we keep the young brilliant engineers and give them the ball, we also keep the slow old steady ones to advise them.

And a big reason why we won't be able to in the years ahead...

Most people including Huard fans know this season is more then likely already over as we are not going to be able to win a playoff game, so why not go with the growing pains and get the kid real game experienc??

We could all be wrong and somehow this team wins 14 games and the defense is awesome and we get to the SuperBowl under Huard...(I laughed a little there, only TJ would claim something like that before the season)

More then likely we are looking at 7-9 wins with Huard, that will get us a maximum of one playoff game on the road by which more then likely we will get trounced since it seems Herm does not like to change the gameplan.....ever.. Hell I called half of the plays correctly during the playoff game that the Chiefs were going to do because they did not change anything..

Or Croyle, gets thrusted in.. He does poorly the first 4-6 games but ends up learning by the end of the season to be a good QB.. Hopefully by that time he sinks up with Bowe and gets the relationship and success going into next year... We may only win 4-7 games, but our QB would be ready for next year and we would be in a better position to draft players of need instead of back at 21-27.. Or Croyle could just suck it up completely and we get a shot at a QBotf in the next draft..

But going 8-8 to 9-7 every year achieves nothing...

If that is the reason why they are doing then Printers would be starting because Huard is slow as shit and fumbles more...
