LJ's current trade value?

During his contract dispute prior to the '07 season, the rumor was that the Packers were offering a 1st rounder for the tippy-toeing, easy to tackle former pro-bowler.

Any thoughts on what kind of compensation LJ would command now?

I'm guessing a 2nd rounder from a desperate team if we were lucky.

Yeah, it's that easy. I mean, no holes? Shit, just bounce it outside. Works every time.

Shit, do that every play.

What about a team like Philly? They have Westbrook but he's not really an every down back. If they want to make a run, they might appreciate a guy like LJ. They do have a great oline...

Larry still runs hard and still gives maximum effort. He's the same running back he was in 2006. There are just no holes.
I wanna agree with that .....but I cant

He'd fetch what Buffalo got for McGahee, 2 4th round picks.

Not likely a stitch more.

eagles very rarely sign a guy over 30 yrs old. Not to mention their front office would make Carl look like a monkey during those negotiations.

Yeah....but why would they want to trade for a RB who's getting paid a bunch of money....and is just going to complain because he's on a shit team and having to split time with Kevin Smith and Rudi Johnson?

Chicago might take LJ... I think he can be very productive when he wants to be productive. Obviously, right now, he's not happy. LJ is kinda like Corey Dillon when he was with Cincy, great talent, but a bad attitude. A contendar might seriously think about bringing him in.

People basically hate Larry Johnson for the same stupid reasons they hate Moss and TO.

Frickin' pathetic. Close your bibles and shut your ****in' mouths.

Everyone bitched when Larry started complaining about the playcalling and throwing fits last year. Well guess what? LARRY WAS RIGHT.
